This sweet, crumbly English cheese studded with cranberries is a cheese-board favourite at Christmas. Since we started tracking it in December 2023, it has been discounted only twice. At $4, it’s worth grabbing a couple now for your festive platter.
Woolworths: McKenzie’s Bi Carb Soda 1kg

It’s not glamorous, but this is one of the rarest discounts we’ve seen at Woolies. The 1kg bag has gone on sale only twice in more than two years of tracking. Bi carb works for Christmas baking as well as cleaning the oven afterwards, so it’s an easy pantry stock-up.
Aldi: Pertzborn Gingerbread House DIY Kit 500g

This kit appears in Aldi’s specials only once a year. We last saw it at the end of October 2025, and it’s just come back. It comes with everything you need to build and decorate a gingerbread house, which makes it a good school-holiday activity. Aldi Specials don’t last long, so get in early.
Chemist Warehouse: Weleda Baby Teething Powder 60g

Parents of teething bubs know this one isn’t cheap at full price. It has been discounted only three times since we started tracking it in February, and this week’s price saves you more than $8.
Priceline: Maybelline Superstay Teddy Tint, Baby Tee 5mL

Maybelline’s long-wear lip and cheek tint is half price, and that’s rare. This shade has been on sale only twice since February. It’s also a nice stocking filler.
